Set tool and object properties |
The Properties toolbar is a dynamic toolbar that you can use to easily change the default property settings for a specific tool or object, such as form fields, hypertext links, and media clips.

To display the Properties toolbar in Acrobat, choose View > Toolbars > Properties Bar, or, to display the toolbar in a web browser that’s displaying a PDF document, press Ctrl+E. |

Select a tool, such as the Note, Stamp, or Select Object tool, or a forms tool. |

Select an object. |

Change the properties as desired in the Properties toolbar. |

To make settings apply to future objects of the same type, right-click (Windows) or Control-click (Mac OS) the item and choose Make Current Properties Default or Use Current Properties As New Defaults. |
